In 2024, the World Championships and preceding Open Week competition will be organized in Hanko, Finland.
- Open Week 23 – 28 July 2024
- Worlds 28 July – 3 August 2024
Hanko is a major sailing centre in Finland, offering excellent sailing conditions, a large harbour and an experienced race organisation.
Hanko is also famous for its beautiful villas and sandy beaches, which attract a lot of visitors especially during summer.
The city will celebrate its 150-year anniversary in 2024 with lots of activities, among them the Europe Class World Championships.
